Rising 500 feet at the corner of Second Avenue and 77th Street, the Naftali Group’s new condominium tower offers 62 luxury residences, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom units, including half-floor, fullfloor, and penthouse layouts with expansive views of Central Park. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the building’s exterior and residential interiors, and construction is already underway, with completion scheduled for late 2026.

Yabu Pushelberg designed the tower’s indoor and outdoor amenities, which span multiple floors and include a 75-foot swimming pool with skyline views, a recording studio, a private cinema, and a multisport simulator. Sales launched in fall 2024, and all but three units remain available, starting at $7.4 million for a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence.
